Simple Breakfast
Casserole
1 can Grand Biscuits 2 c Cooked Breakfast Sausage 8 Eggs 1 c Whole Milk 2 c Grated Cheese (try a mix of Mozzarella, Cheddar, and Pepper Jack) |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Press biscuits into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Spread cooked sausage over biscuits. Beat eggs until frothy, add milk and stir to mix thoroughly. Pour mix over sausage. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake 30-35 min. Let rest 10 min before serving. |
